If so, then Premier Pools and Spas Construction Scheduler position will be a great fit for you! Job Duties:
Create and maintain construction schedule Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments Provide quick responses to construction issues Identify problems and help improve processes Enter daily data updates on jobs Update and maintain the electronic filing system Use software to generate reports and schedules Ensure that company deadlines are met Monitor customer satisfaction Prepare and lead weekly construction meetings Preform office duties:
filing, mailing, scanning
Qualifications:
Experience in construction (Preferred) 1-2 years scheduling experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency with computers.
(Excel, Microsoft word, Adobe Sign) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively Ability to perform multiple assignments, without immediate supervision is necessary Equipment used in the daily job:
