We are seeking an office professional to join our Supply Chain department at BedMart's Wilsonville Headquarters.
You will work with a team dedicated to ensuring the success of our vendor relationships, inventory, retail sales, and distribution departments throughout Oregon and Hawaii.

This position is scheduled Monday, 7am-3:
30pm & Tuesday-Friday 7:
30am-4pm.
Starting at $20.
00/hour or more depending on experience.
The primary role of this position is vendor invoice processing, matching receiving to invoice and purchase orders, data entry and analysis.
You will review purchase orders to ensure accuracy, so attention to detail is a must.
This position can be fast-paced, so multi-tasking, timely response and action are necessary components for success in this position, as is good communication and follow through.
This position also requires familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and a basic understanding of bookkeeping and fundamentals of accounting principles.
This role will also work extensively in NetSuite, so previous experience with this software is helpful, training provided.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and analysis.
Input of new and updated products in NetSuite.
Evaluate purchasing needs and submit purchase orders.
Resolve invoice/shipment discrepancies with vendors.
Match and post vendor invoices.
Review vendor statements, follow up as needed.
Review and respond to Sales and Inventory requests.
