Wilsonville, OR Wilsonville, OR Full-time Full-time $60,000 - $72,000 a year $60,000 - $72,000 a year 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago PRIMARY PURPOSE The purpose of this position is to professionally represent the company with all signed contracts, ensure PBS processes, procedures, communication is followed and adhered to during the job process, write and issue change orders in a timely manner, work with customers to ensure final PBS design meets customers design intent, write and define building quotations and be a resource for RSM's.
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for contracted sales from point of contact to delivery of product, expected to achieve mutually established sales and profit goals, serve customers and their projects efficiently, and document communication in the customer relationship manager software.
Additionally provide, communication during all phases of the job process.
This is a multi-faceted position with wide ranging responsibilities.
The PM coordinates, predicts, and resolves conflicts before they impact the account, delivers timely and cost-effective solutions, ensures that expectations are met by delivering service on time, within company policy, and in an efficient manner.
The PM is responsible to work with their team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit goals agreed upon by the sales team.
This position requires skills to create wins for the team, the customer, and the company.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE This job typically requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, or related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.
Must be proficient in the use of computers, a variety of software programs and the ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
Excellent communication and listening skills are required to work effectively with all levels of sales staff, and customers.
Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees as well as customers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment and produce results in conjunction with fellow team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Represents the Company by servicing existing accounts as well as planning and organizing a daily work schedule to serve existing and potential customers.
Proactively manage contracted customers process for a successful, organized, and timely operational schedule.
Approvals, Permits, Released to Fabrication documents to be produced and signed by customers in a timely manner.
Keeps management informed by submitting daily input into the CRM system, activities, results, reports, call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual product and/or territory analysis.
Managing quotes, defining quote, quote follow up and tracking of close ratios on quotes given.
Account planning, documentation of contact networks within the accounts.
Maintaining good public relations in the community, with all customers, and whatever else might be necessary to get the job done properly.
Fulfilling all commitments or revising commitments when circumstances change significantly, and previous commitments cannot be met.
Supporting and assuming responsibility for decisions made.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Also services the customer by following up after the sale to ensure satisfaction, ask for referrals, and introduce the service and components team.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to).
Reviewing project and pertinent documents and accuracy Advising key stakeholders of unavoidable delays keeping the Master Schedule up to date Supporting and assuming responsibility for decisions made Paying close attention to the specifics and details of every aspect of the project or work assignment Noticing variances from the scope of the project and taking appropriate action to resolve discrepancies Checking and editing work or getting peer review to ensure accuracy Clearly conveying essential information to all relevant parties to ensure the goals and modifications are clearly established and understood Coordinating and providing the budget, estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, and construction functions as they relate to the completion of the project Negotiating, preparing, issuing, and executing change orders and providing that information to field crew, subcontractors, and other necessary parties, and preparing revisions to the original budget as a result of changes and revisions to work.

Annual compensation:
$45,000 - $46,000 (based on experience), plus quarterly bonus opportunity upon achievement.
