The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as a a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and painting Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist in preparing units for move-in Ensure all work orders and maintenance records are properly documented Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs or ladders If you are a hard-working individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
