Supports technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for test systems.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Decomposes customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system requirements and generates verification criteria and plans for the requirements.
Supports configuration process, performs functional analysis, timing analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Responsibilities:
o Support program planning and risk management both technical and programmatic from bid to deployment phase o Develop Test Systems requirements and validation procedures; provide technical solution for building the Test Solutions as per the requirements o Write various supporting documentation such has processes/policies and acceptance test methodso Collaborate with both project teams and external end users/customers o Integrator working with multiple disciplines to ensure a successful solution development, delivering through sustainment o Perform Verification and Validation of Test Solutions o Perform trade study and market analysis to benchmark industry leading Test Solutions o Support Product line strategy for Test Solutions; support process improvement and reuse of technical solutions at a Systems level o Support Test time reduction and analyze test failures Basic Qualification:
o Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience; OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience; OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required o Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
