The role of a Billing Specialist is immensely critical in providing vital support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community.
This specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all billing processes are meticulously managed, requiring a high level of attention to detail, trustworthiness, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls Reply to any emails, texts, and voicemails daily, within 24 hours.
Approve shifts Contact DSP's about inaccurate or questionable times entered Help DSP's correct shifts Send billing to eXPRS Contact Case Workers about incorrect or missing contracts, suspended times or any other issues in eXPRS.
Once finalized, invoice time and submit Progress Reports to caseworkers.
Qualifications:
