We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a HR Operations Manager for the Americas. You will be responsible for leading the Americas HR Operations team and will oversee a team of 5 HR Operations Specialists.As a HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational backbone of the employee experience within the Americas. Your responsibilities will range from driving operational processes at scale, managing compliance matters, maintaining internal HR databases and files, and a range of other responsibilities as needed. Siemens has adopted a hybrid working model. We have a slight preference for employees located in the Detroit, MI or Portland, OR area close to core offices but other locations will be considered and can be filled remotely. This role reports to the Head of P&O for the Americas Zone.Key
Responsibilities:
Manage the global operational support of business processes core to the maintenance of employee and contingent worker data in Workday, our HR system of recordDevelop and lead a high-performing team of HR Operations Specialists, helping to support their career growthEnsure consistent adoption of company policies, guidelines, and practices by managers and employeesIdentify areas for improvement related to data maintenance, system support, and reportingAct as a subject matter expert for Workday the go-to for the team and broader HR community, at the tier 1 support level; escalate systems issues requiring tier 2 supportOversee Siemens Global Business Services team in support of legacy expense reporting system, manages external vendors, and stays current with travel landscape within the companySupervise the operational aspects of the hiring, employee onboarding, internal transfers, and immigration processesWork closely with the People Partner and Talent Acquistion teams to ensure clarity of responsibilities, support for projects, and partnering in inventing and simplifying processesPrepare detailed monthly reports on various HR areas of focusAnalyze and monitor HR performance metrics and KPIsRole Requirements:

Bachelors degree plus 8 years relevant P&O functional experience with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above; Masters degree desired. E:
Strength in written and verbal communication, process development, research and analytical skill, and problem solving. E:
Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate business strategy into P&O strategy.E:
Experience working in a matrixed organization preferably in a global environment.E:
Excellent knowledge of various US labor laws.E:
Fluent in the English language.E:
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.E:
Advanced proficiency using applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.E:
Experience with Workday preferred or other HRISE:
Evidence of self-starter behaviors, high ownership, and comfort leading through ambiguityP:

$217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual
compensation offered is based on the successful candidate s work location as
well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education/training. Siemens

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
