An employer is looking for a Tier I Desktop Support Technician. This person will be working with one other person. They need to be independent, a quick learner and have a positive attitude. This person will be resolving anywhere from 6-25 tickets a day. These tickets will come through ServiceNow--ServiceNow experience is preferred however any ticketing system will suffice. They will be working with internal employees only via the ticketing system, phone, email and some in person. Examples of issues they will troubleshoot will be physical set ups, desk set ups, replacing hard drives, adding employees to a distribution list, etc. This person will be working five days a week onsite. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
