Paladin Consulting is currently hiring for aCustomer Service Repto join our team working onsite at our client's office located inWilsonville, OR.
Work Hours 8 am- 5 pm
The position is contract management for our Client Partner Print Services offering, which includes initial contract setup, ongoing contract management and resolving issues that arise with contract management. The position does require a large amount of data entry, use of various computer systems and internally developed databases. There is no sales responsibility within this role. Error resolution may sometimes require contact with the Client partner; however the communications are largely internally focused (dealing with different departments within Client). Additionally, many of the error resolution pathways have not been defined, so we are looking for someone with the ability to see a problem through to resolution (strong follow-through).
Requirements are:
Strong computer skills and comfort with database systems.
Sound decision-making
Strong follow-through and comfort with ambiguity
Detailed oriented
