Cost Accounting Manager

Wilsonville area company seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join their team immediately.
Overview:
Chosen candidate will be accountable for all policies around the company's product cost activities.
Duties:
- Oversee Cost Accounting team
- Create product cost processes
- Maintain standard costing systems
- Continue to support internal controls practices
- Provide account reconciliations when needed
- Oversee cost performance and inventory levels
- Work with all groups of organization to educate them on costing protocol
- Identify process improvement policies
- Assist Controller with various accounting issues
- Successfully build and develop team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CMA, CPIM, and/or APIC desired
- 7
years of progressive cost accounting development
- Strong standard costing knowledge
- Effective team builder
- Excellent communication skills mandatory
- Manufacturing experience preferred Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
