Summary
To design, develop, and deliver employee development training that contributes to the overall quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness of business intelligence program operations.
Responsibilities
Design and develop or customize training programs and materials for the PACE program using 1) a train the trainer approach and 2) a train the end users approach, while meeting the needs and learning styles of training participants.
Pair with PACE drivers to deliver product and process training to multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
Partner with Talent Management and Talent Development teams to bring the latest BI training issues and technologies.
Resolve internal problems and inquiries by researching policy and procedures and communicating solutions and/or providing clarification to the requester.
Travel to client sites to deliver training may be required.
Manage multiple assignments, manage projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
Promote PACE awareness to all employees; keep abreast of competitive environment.
Adapt to new and ever-changing training techniques and resources, i.e multi-media.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication, human relation, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of training program design, adult learning theory, and state-of-the-art training techniques.
Excellent self-management skills; able to work well collaboratively or independently depending on the need.
Effective presentation and group process (facilitation) skills.
Ability to adapt and excel in an ever-changing business environment.
Capable of creating effective visual presentation aids using current technology.
Typically a BA or BS in Education and two to three years' experience in a training position or some college and five to six years in a training position.
Typically, three years on the job to reach competent level.

Intermediate analytic skills.
Intermediate decision-making skills.
Excellent human interaction skills.
Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to analyze historical data and project future actions or outcomes.
Ability to maintain productivity under significant pressure of daily and diverse deadlines.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
