Summary
We are working with an industry-leading Large Regional Healthcare Provider who has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant to join a strong and growing team. This company has been very successful in past years, and is positioned to grow 10-20% in 2015. They need to be a team player willing to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing and sometimes hectic environment.
Responsibilities
Reconciliations of various ledgers, accounts and reports
Analyses and examines transactions for accuracy
Balances expenditures to income and records to proper accounts
Preparation of financial statements and reports
Analyzes, monitors bank statements for accuracy. Reconciliation of bank accounts to GL, identify discrepancies, make corrections, JE Prep, fixed asset reconciliations, ap, prepaid assets, expenses monthly.
Process improvements
Assistance and train other staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Accounting/Finance/Business
Must have 3-5 years related experience
GAAP
Strong Analytical skills.
Great computer skills
MS Office
